Again this season and because the majority of the coaches/managers have requested it, we are continuing with our  Photo ID program. All TRAVEL Gold, "A" and "B" teams MUST use the new Photo ID Cards that are issued by G.S.J.S.A.

This program is much easier to use and will result in your League or Organization receiving insurance/registration information in a more timely manner. One representative from each League or Organization will input their information for players and staff personal. However, you MUST obtain a login User Name and password before you can proceed. All teams that are requesting ASA insurance MUST have their staff background checked and ACE certified. There are NO exceptions to this policy, whether or not you plan on playing in ASA Championship Play.

You MUST obtain a new username and password to access the Insurance/Registration program. ALL user information from last year has been deleted.

If any of your players were registered with us in 2006 - 2009 you don't need to send us another copy of her birth certificate. If unsure, please click here for a list of players we currently have birth certificates for.

Again for 2010, All personal that might set foot on the playing field must be ACE certified and will be required to go through a background check. Click here for more information.
