This NEW "Official ASA Roster" is in .PDF format which you can download from the internet. It is two pages long; however, you must make THREE copies of each page and bring all copies to the Association Tournament to be signed by us. You also need to be sure to have your photo ID cards with you. The "Official ASA Roster" MUST be completely filled out and signed by all players and parents and you MUST bring us THREE copies of BOTH pages. Remember, ANY staff member that MAY set foot on the playing field MUST be ACE certified to participate in the Association tournament. ALL personnel will be asked for their 2007 ACE card as proof that you have taken the class. If this is your first year with ASA then you need to sign up for one of the ACE Level I classes that are being offered by us.
