Teams please check in one hour prior to your first game at the site of your first game. Be sure to have your completed and signed Official ASA Championship Roster, National Entry Form, Proof of Insurance and Player ID cards.
All team packets (rosters/ID Cards etc.) must be picked-up at Arnaiz Park once you have been eliminated from the tournament.
Also per the ASA Board of Directors for all ASA Junior Olympic Championship Play (Code ARticle 106 (5): All teams must have this form filled out by their ASA Commissioner (or his/her designee) before ANY team is allowed to compete in Championship Play.
